This hotel was great. You’re getting a clean, well thought out, nicely decorated room with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was so good with a waffle maker, sausages, eggs, bagels, muffins, and more! it was so amazing. definitely coming back again.
Worth the stay! Fell the moment we entered and were met with a happy host, fresh flowers, and dreamy grapefruit diffuser scent we were hopeful we’d found a gem. The price was fair, the hotel spotless, well maintained and all little extras added up to a memorable and worthwhile stay. My family loved the heated bathroom mirrors, cute note from ‘the rag’, and complimentary delicious breakfast. Thanks to Dimple for making our stay relaxing and pleasant. We’ll be back.
Front Desk Service: Amazing It's right beside a restaurant and gas station, it's a fantastic location. However one thing to be aware of when booking. I booked the kitchenette suite and the image shows it has two black chairs (which would be amazing to relax, read or watch TV in. That room does not have the chairs. So you'll need to sit at the desk chair, or kitchen table. Not too relaxing. (Room picture needs to be updated) I generally stay at Days Inn or Ramada while I'm in town. Personally I may chose to go back to those for this specific reason.
This motel is fantastic. The outside is nothing special but the insides are nice and very clean. Very modern inside and updated. Great continental breakfast and great coffee. In the same parking lots as Dennys, bar one and shell gas station. (Flying j). Will most definitely book here again if I'm in brooks.
Hotel has recently been renovated. Rooms are clean and adequate for what I was expecting. Staff here are very accommodating and friendly!
This is the nicest hotel I've stayed at in a very long time, clean, elegant, beautiful rooms and lobby, beautifully decorated, kind, friendly, helpful staff. The breakfast station was fresh and delicious, we arrived early and they let us check in early. I highly recommend anyone coming through Brooks to stay at the SureStayPlus Hotel. We felt very taken care of, and left with fully happy bellies. All staff smiled and greeted us each time we entered and left. Very pleasant experience
